SAST has studied the technology of Spacebased AIS since 2010.AIS has been applied in the satellite on orbit. This products are applied in ship collision avoidance, maritime search and rescuem optimize and monitor ship activities, monitor global ship dynamics.The Spacebased AIS uses the low-orbit satellite platform to receive the AIS signal of the ship at sea，and obtains static information, dynamic information and the information related to the voyage. It greatly improves the detection efficiency and has important applications in maritime economy, maritime security, maritime rescue and water traffic management.
