Heat Pipe
A heat pipe is composited of shell, capillary wick and working fluid. In a typical working mode, heat pipe can be divided into three functional zones: evaporation zone, condensation zone and adiabatic zone. Working fluid evaporate when heated, condensate to liquids while go though the condensation zone, then flow back driven by capillary forces, complete the working circle.
Axially grooved heat pipes can be applied in aviation, aerospace, provides solution of heat collection and radiation for various devices. It has series of rectangular shaded, H shaped, Ω shaped products, with single hole heat transfer ability ranging from 8-716W•m.
