At 6:40 on December 31, 2025, Shijian-29A and Shijian-29B satellites were launched into space by a modified Long March-7 rocket from the Wenchang Space Launch Center. The satellites accurately entered their preset orbits, marking the complete success of the launch mission. These satellites primarily aim to conduct new technology verification tests for space target detection. Among them, Shijian-29A was developed under the lead of SAST.
Since the project's approval, the task team has always kept the nation's major interests at heart, focused on goals, united as one, and collaborated wholeheartedly. They have successfully achieved breakthroughs in a number of key technologies to ensure the smooth delivery of the satellites. By formulating a full-cycle work plan for the launch site, the task team deeply integrated and coordinated the five core processes to guarantee the high-quality completion of all tasks at the launch site. These core processes covered five key areas of the launch site, namely, technology, planning, production support, technical safety, and political work.

Adhering to the standard of rapid closed-loop work, the task team abided by the requirements of completing daily tasks within each day and conducting timely reviews and summaries. They strictly implemented the principle of "data packages generated immediately upon completion of work" and maintained strict control over the technical status throughout the entire process. All these efforts have ensured the continuous improvement of management efficiency. In addition, by strictly following the positive quality confirmation system at the launch site, the task team completed the "Triple Check" of key parameters of the entire satellite, and conducted more than 20 deduction and drill exercises for high-risk items. The tests, interpretations and experiments were completed with a 100% success rate. By doing so, the task team has achieved pre-event planning, in-process control, and post-event summary, which laid a solid quality foundation for the complete success of the mission.

During the stay at the launch site, the temporary Party committee of the task team adhered to the leadership of the Party and took the mission as the core. It effectively carried out ideological mobilization and organizational support, carefully planned and conducted a series of thematic Party-building activities, ensuring that all team members were unified in thinking and coordinated in actions. Mission-focused competitions were also organized to foster team members' passion and resolve for achieving excellence in their roles. Experience was summarized and codified in the course of project organization and management, which laid a solid foundation for the success of follow-up missions.
Following the full success of the launch mission, the task team promptly transitioned to the flight control phase. With a more vibrant fighting spirit and more pragmatic measures, it will unite as one, maintain unwavering commitment to the end, and ensure the satellites successfully complete subsequent on-orbit tests and experiments, thereby making new contributions to the high-quality development of China's space industry.
