After SAST and Holland aerospace bureau successfully signed a cooperation agreement at Airshow China in 2016, based on the selection of 15 potential cooperation projects, the director of Holland aerospace bureau lead ISIS, Cosine technology company, Airbus defense company and other 6 enterprises to SAST for discussing the follow-up cooperation plans on March 8, 2017. 

In the form of group discussion, Both sides discussed four projects about micro satellite optical payload for crop and air monitoring, water traffic monitoring, air quality monitoring network in bright sky and new horizons of farmland soil monitoring network.

Both sides confirmed three modes of cooperation involving the purchasing payload and platform, setting up a joint venture company, sharing cost and market. based on the project of cooperation projects and cooperation model, SAST will propose advice and confirm with Holland side. Holland side also hopes to expand substantive cooperation on specific projects and deepen the specific content of cooperation agreement.
